EvoStor
Virtualized servers have dramatically altered the compute infrastructure. However, the storage industry has not adopted to these changes and still operates assuming servers are inflexible. As a result, only 35% of workloads run in virtualized environments. To help enterprises increase this penetration, EvoStor will:
• Reduce costs from over provisioning
• Manage QoS for critical and non-critical apps on a single storage environment
• Enable storage deployment by server admins rather than storage experts
EvoStor will release product in 2010, initially targeting VMware environments.
